RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / WIDERRUFSRECHT (B2C)

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers (B2C) have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods. For contracts involving multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the last item is delivered.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (e.g., via email, letter, or contact form) of your decision to withdraw from the contract:

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You are not responsible for any fees resulting from the refund method.

4. Returning Goods

You must return the goods promptly and in proper condition. Unless otherwise agreed, you bear the direct cost of returning the items. The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
