Transfer of Risk and Title:
For consumers (B2C), risk of loss or damage passes to you upon physical delivery of the goods. For business customers (B2B), risk passes at the time of handover to the carrier. Title to the goods transfers upon full payment. -
Partial Deliveries:
We may deliver items in separate shipments. Each shipment will be treated as a separate delivery for shipping and liability purposes. -
