SECTION 27 – WITHDRAWAL POLICY / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (B2C)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.
